Experienced in organizational assessment, workforce strategy, and HR technology transformation, including HRIS and ATS vendor evaluation, process mapping, workflow alignment, implementation planning, rollout coordination, training, and go-live support and known for balancing strategic thinking with practical execution, building trusted relationships across all levels of an organization, and helping leaders navigate complex operational and organizational challenges with clarity, structure, and people-centered solutions.
