About TU Jacobs

TU. Jacobs (pronounced T.U. or Tee-You) is the Founder and Principal of People4People, LLC (recently rebranded from HR4HR, LLC), an elite nationwide network of seasoned HR leaders focused on helping growing businesses access top-tier HR expertise without the cost of a full-time executive.

With over 20 years of experience leading HR within global organizations such as Microsoft and Amazon, as well as a 3,000-employee gaming company, TU brings a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution to every client partnership—driving scalable people operations, compliance, and business growth.

 A published thought leader, TU’s recent article, Why Fractional HR is Revolutionizing Small Business Growth (Women’s Insider, 2025), explores how fractional HR is reshaping the future of business scalability and leadership support.

As a valedictorian graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, TU blends academic excellence with a pragmatic, people-first approach. She’s passionate about empowering other HR professionals through mentorship and community—fueling her mission to make PEOPLE4PEOPLE the largest fractional HR network in the U.S.

When she’s not building businesses or connecting HR leaders, TU enjoys hiking, cooking, and raising two young men in Bellevue, Washington.

About Katie (Beirne) Corum

MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP

Katie Corum has 25+ years of HR experience having worked for local, national and international companies for various industries in South Florida and beyond. Such industries have been healthcare, telecommunications, PEO (outsourcing), media, waste management, academia publishing, cultural arts, etc.

In June of 2022, Katie decided to follow her dream by founding her own company called SOAR HR Consulting, LLC, offering Fractional HR and HR Consulting to small and mid-size businesses across the state as well as nationally.  She is an Adjunct Professor at Palm Beach State College, teaching 12-week SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP prep courses. 

Katie had volunteered for 10 years with HR Palm Beach County SHRM in various roles. During her Presidency in 2016, Katie led a Board of 28 members and a chapter of 420 HR professionals (4th largest HR SHRM Chapter in Florida).  

Katie has both her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications, along with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Briar Cliff University and an MBA in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.  

Katie has a passion for people and a strong desire to help others – particularly professionals who run businesses. HR is an integral part of all organizations, and she has developed proficiency in the field that can significantly benefit small business owners, startups, and nonprofits.  She enjoys spending time with her daughter and strives to be a volunteer in her community through various organizations.
